Under the Distance Selling Regulations a non-business customer may, within 7 days after delivery, cancel their order for any item as long as it has not been personalised nor made to your specification nor unsealed. Delivery is deemed to have happened 3 days after despatch. Cancellation must be notified in writing to the address above and items returned at your cost. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded and carriage paid.
